OtherSide's website still states that it is working on System Shock 3 but announced in May 2020 that production of the game has also been shifted to Tencent. The project was reportedly hit by layoffs in 2020, and little info has emerged since. System Shock 3 is also currently in development at OtherSide but appears to have had a turbulent production so far.
OtherSide is hiring a number of new staff to work on the game and promised further information about it soon.
